Unleashing creativity in Digbeth
Located in Birmingham’s creative quarter, Typhoo Wharf will be a place for art, performance and events.
Stoford is partnering with a public arts charity to further shape this artistic community. Doing so will be key to supporting local creatives, curating events and exhibitions, providing facilities, and developing new talent.
The Tea Factory

Once home to Typhoo Tea, this forgotten industrial building is being redeveloped to become the new home of the BBC in Birmingham as well as providing residential, office and leisure spaces.
The development area is in the northern part of Digbeth. The site presents a fantastic opportunity for thoughtful reinvigoration, through a combination of heritage retention and modernisation.
